I am exhasted, I am now driving back and forth, pumping and nursing and splitting my time between two kids. Ember is doing a lot better and was just taken off oxygen completely, which is a huge step. She may be coming home in the nexg few days! But everytime she has a great stetch with now issues she then turns around and has a de-sat or two just for fun. It is so frustrating. I really want my baby to come home!

She´s beautiful Nat! I love how big she looks until I see her with you and realise she´s so tiny <3
I know exactly how frustrating all this can be,especially for you because you have another "baby" at home :/
I had to stay in a hospital an hour away from home all by myself for a whole month, and it was emotionally and physically exsausting. Are you sleeping at home or at the hospital?

Now that she´s off the oxigen,I´m sure it wont be much longer ;) I bet you can take her home Monday!! :D Hang in there mommy! You´ll all be home before you know it ((hugs))

Not long now that’s she’s off the O2. I’ve followed your blog for a long time (before K was conceived) but never commented. Soon this will be just a blip in your life with Ember :)

It seems that it’ll be very quick now indeed! I’m so looking forward to getting on with real life with a newborn as it should be.

Gina took the words out of my mouth, about her size. She certainly looks much bigger than you’d expect for a baby in the NICU. Here’s hoping she’s home with you soon!

Oh she’s a monster baby in there! lol! All those tiny little preemies and then my huge 8+ pounder laying there.
