Hope Renewed
Our vacation was just absolutely lovely and very very needed.
When we got there I bought this:
And just before we left I got this:
I’m pregnant! Hoping beyond hope that this one is healthy.
From hopeful TTC, through infertility, IVF and the resulting pregnancy, this became a journal through grief and trying again after the loss of our first son, Devin, at 36 weeks. After multiple more IVF cycles we got pregnant with our second child, a little girl born healthy and alive in May of 2010. Our third child, a most unexpected surprise baby girl, was just born in June 2012!

Your test is so strong. How many DPT are you….I think that you had a 3 day transfer, but I forget. So, so , so happy right now!

I didn’t want to say anything last week, but all of your very emotional posts when you were 8-9 DPO got me thinking- natalie’s pregnant! I went totally over the top emotional when early pregnant with #2, which is one of the reasons I suspected I was pregnant. Oh natalie, I am so happy for you. Please let this be the one!

I’m actually not thinking twins…. believe it or not, that test looks EXACTLY like the one I took at 14dpo when I was preggo with Devin. I’m going to post comparisons later (but you can check out that HPT up on my IVF#2 page). I had really high betas with him. :D

Natalie!! I’m hoping and praying the next 9 months treat you well. I haven’t been through as much as you, but I know that I fretted so much through every step, and even now at 21 weeks I worry so much. I can’t make that go away, but take my advice and today, today just enjoy.

Natalie it has been ages since I’ve stopped by, but I just wanted to let you know that when I saw this, my heart sang. Your story has always moved me as we both lost our firstborns to stillbirth last year. I am so pleased to see that big, thick line on the pee stick and hope in your heart again.
