No Chocolate? No Way
I’m saying this right now, putting it out there: there is no way I am giving up chocolate while pregnant. I can very easily avoid dark chocolate (it has way more caffeine in it than milk chocolate), but I just really can’t give up chocolate altogether.

you don’t have to give up chocolate or caffeine – just moderation. Seriously. My doc told me I can have up to 4 caffeinated drinks a day if I wanted. =)
Thank god! I don’t drink anything caffeinated, so my chocolate will (and does) fill that gap. ;)
