Sleeping Schedule
This sleep thing is so hard. I have managed to settle into a pattern the last few days, unfortunately it’s not the one I wanted: I’ve been waking up at 3am, every day, comletely on my own. I don’t know what’s up with that. I set my alarm for 6, but not once have I been asleep long enough to be woken by it. I do sometimes fall back asleep afterwards, but it doesn’t help much… every day after 6pm I’m fighting to stay awake, and by 9pm I give in and go to bed. Then it’s back awake at 3am. *pulls hair out* I need more sleep than this. Body: sleep in until 6am, for the love of light!
