Relaxing Doesn't Make Babies

Sound asleep

July 1, 2010 — 9:20 pm

Den, with Kate on his lap: “See how dirty my feet are? I really need a shower, you know.”
Me: “Okay. Do you want me to take her?”
Den: “…. No.”

Needless to say, Den still hasn’t had a shower. Katherine wiggled down from his chest to his belly and managed to turn sideways. We have no idea how this is possibly comfortable, but she slept like this for an hour.

As you can see, she enjoys sleeping in odd positions!

It looks like she likes to sleep on her tummy ;)
She seems to change every time I see her..she´s precious!!! <3

Yes, we’ve discovered she’s definitely a tummy sleeper. We’ve started putting her down for naps in the pack’n’play with her soother on her tummy, with us sitting next to her. It’s frustrating because the doctors and everyone make us even more scared about doing that, because of SIDS, but she sleeps so freakin peacefully on her belly.

Well,if its of any help,my kids slept on their tummies as NBs..when I had my son, everyone told me that they had to sleep on their tummy and not on their back..then years later,on their back and not on their tummy etc etc
Things change so often and so much that I just ended up ignoring it.

Do you have a baby monitor? Just plug it in so that you can keep an eye on Kate without having to sit there :)
    She´ll be fine :)
