Adoption Story: What can I say, Merlin captured my heart. I work at the cat sanctuary. He was such a lovey cat from the start, he absolutely loves to cuddle and purrs loud as can be. He was an adolescent then, so he was still small and cute and kitten-ish. I just knew I had to bring him home to my zoo! He’d be the perfect playmate for Jo. All it took was a little convincing for my husband… and he was ours!

Personality: Merlin is our resident weed smoker. We picture him saying a lot of things like “duuuuude” and “I love you man.” He’s the sweetest, most lovable cat, but he’s most definitely a few cards short of a full deck. He doesn’t get upset by much, not even Zeeke bothers him. His idea of cuddling is more along the lines of molestation - he’s a VERY insistent cuddler and has to get right in your face to properly love you.

Favorite Person: Whoever will give him love

Favorite place to sleep: Middle of our king-size bed, usually on his back.

Favorite Games: Wrestling. He’s really not that into games.

Least favorite housemate: He’s cool with anyone.

Favorite playmate: Tie between Zoe or Jo.
