Well this<\/i> “explanation of benefits” says that the Plan pays x amount and Member pays $923.04. WHAT??? I looked up all their itemized things…. (pharmacy, supplies, medical services, laboratory, anesthesia, etc etc) and I see two codes for “Denied – No prior auth\/referral received – member cannot be billed.”<\/p>\n
Let me repeat this one more time: What. The. Fuck?!?!<\/p>\n
It does say at the top “THIS IS NOT A BILL” – and I better damnwell not be getting one. If I get a bill for near $1000 for an embryo transfer that was a part of my freaking plan I’m going to be so pissed off<\/i>.<\/p>\n
