Which in fact dropped dramatically. I did have the window open a crack, but that’s because I absolutely couldn’t fall asleep with how warm it was in there… when I woke up I wasn’t even cold, just comfortable. So, while that may have contributed slightly (at least to my oral temp), I think my overall temp still dropped. Which is a good sign, means I haven’t O’d yet but likely will shortly.<\/p>\n
By the way, a few days ago I started taking two temps, since I bought another thermometer. Originally I had just bought whatever thermometer I found, which happened to be a regular BD brand. Well the other day while looking for OPKs I found BD Basal thermometers, so I bought one. I’m using that one to take my temperature vaginally – to hopefully get a more accurate reading – and still using the other one to take my temp orally, as I can’t switch mid-cycle or it’ll screw up my chart in a big way. But I am still tracking both in an excel spreadsheet.
