I have managed to settle into a pattern the last few days, unfortunately it&#8217;s not the one I wanted: I&#8217;ve been waking up at 3am, every day, comletely on my own. I don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s up with that. I set my alarm for 6, but not once have I been asleep long enough to be woken by it. I do sometimes fall back asleep afterwards, but it doesn&#8217;t help much&#8230; every day after 6pm I&#8217;m fighting to stay awake, and by 9pm I give in and go to bed. Then it&#8217;s back awake at 3am. *pulls hair out* I need more sleep than this.
