Maternity clothes?<\/b> Over-belly pants, bigger bra.<\/p>\n
Stretch marks?<\/b> Nope.<\/p>\n
Sleep:<\/b> Mostly good, except the night that I had heartburn all night long. Can easily sleep 10+ hours.<\/p>\n
Best moment this week:<\/b> The relief of seeing a healthy little baby at my screening.<\/p>\n
Movement:<\/b> Not feeling any yet.<\/p>\n
Food cravings\/aversions:<\/b> Sweet, hard candy. Not much else sounds appetizing this week. I\u2019m more or less forcing myself to eat \u2013 I\u2019m hungry and eating a lot of different things, but they\u2019re all kind of \u201cbleh\u201d right now.<\/p>\n
Belly Button in or out?<\/b> In, but stretched.<\/p>\n
What I miss:<\/b> Being able to run and jump and dance \u2013 without being paranoid. And without certain body parts bouncing that shouldn\u2019t really be bouncing.<\/p>\n
What I am looking forward to:<\/b> End of the first tri!!<\/p>\n
Weekly Wisdom:<\/b> Trust in your body. Paranoia comes and goes, but if you feel \u201cgood\u201d, it\u2019s probably all okay.<\/p>\n
Milestones:<\/b> Felt my uterus very clearly coming up out of my pelvis. First tri screening done.<\/p>\n
Symptoms:<\/b>
\n– Still a lot of nausea, but it comes and goes randomly.
\n– Boobs hurt, especially my right nipple. Feels like they\u2019re still growing?! Very full and achy.
\n– Bloat belly still lives, though I do feel less bloated than I did.
\n– Foot cramps when I\u2019m swimming (and random other times).
\n– Achiness in both sides down low. Ligaments stretching?
\n– My face seems less oily, more clear.
\n– Acid reflux!! Ugh! Took me a while to figure that out, but I have a burning in the back of my throat. Maalox helps a lot. Could be why the anti-nausea meds aren\u2019t doing much \u2013 it\u2019s caused by heartburn right now?
