Yay two of my pregnancy books arrived today! I got “The Unofficial Guide to Having a Baby” and The Mother of All Pregnancy Books.” Honestly I should have gotten only one of them, they’re pretty similar… but how was I supposed to know. And IMO the more info the better. Maybe I can give one away as a gift. :) I still have another book coming.<\/p>\n
One thing that seems quite clear to me as I read these books: it’s a good<\/i> thing I’m at the weight I am now. My BMI is 22, which is perfect. (I’m 5’6″ tall and around 135lbs.) I guess my body really did know what it was doing when it put on weight when I hit maturity. :) I just have that little bit of extra padding. And to be honest, except for the bit of flab around my waist, the extra weight looks good<\/i> on me. It gives me curves. And it’s almost certainly healthier – especially for carrying a baby.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
